Paintball

Paintball is a fast and furious sport played on a social and serious level by a large number of people around the world. Two teams (of up to 30 a side) are equipped with paintball markers. These are basically low powered air-guns that fire small gelatin capsules filled with starch and food colouring, not real ‘paint’. After a safety and mission briefing the teams are led out onto the field and, with the mission objectives in mind, the carnage begins. Your day with us will involve multiple military style scenarios on a variety of fields and terrain.
The games are built around the use of teamwork and strategy, with opposing teams attempting to outwit and out manoeuvre their opponents. Points are scored throughout the day with one team ultimately reigning supreme. Everyone has fun doing it so everybody is a winner on the day!
Our priorities are safety and ensuring you have fun a memorable day and want to keep coming back for more! Friendly Refs, only the best quality Paintballs, the latest equipment and lots of action in a lush 250 acre bush setting ensure that you will have the best day of adrenaline filled action possible.
No Alcohol before or during play. Our safety code and rules will be fully explained and are strictly adhered to for your safety.
*Please note, Paintball is only played at our Wallan Field*

Is Paintball Safe?
A lot of people worry about the risks involved with paintball but the truth is that paintball has a safety record better than golf, chess, jogging, tennis or swimming! Statistics show that paintball is one of the safest activities around. At Challenge Paintball all paint markers are checked daily, before and during play, to ensure the speed and range of paint pellets is within recognised industry standards. We also provide you with full face, safety
rated goggles to protect you face and eyes as well as camo overalls to protect your arms and legs while moving through the bush.
You do still need to take care moving around in the bush. Some paintball tags can leave a small bruise that disappears in a day or so but players laugh these “Marks of Battle” off, saying it adds to the thrill of the game.
